If you had to describe what exactly my pieces are, it would be a bit difficult. These are not complete concepts. Concepts are more polished and complete. You can't call them observations, even though most start from observations, they don't remain as such. You can't call them ideas, because anything is an idea. Same goes for notes. What exactly is it? I propose we name this type of writing "threads". They thread together streams of thought, they are iterative, building upon each other like a web.
